Packages and proposal styles

One bid. Three ways to sell it.

Packages decide what comes on each roof. Proposal styles decide how your customer chooses between them. Every style shows the same totals.

What your customer sees

Tap through it the way a homeowner would.

Proposal style

Your company sets the default style, and a rep can change it for any job when building the bid. It never changes a price.

Sell in person? A rep can present the proposal before it goes to the customer's link.

What you set up once

Packages decide what comes on each roof.

Pick which components ride along with each shingle. They're built into the price before your customer ever sees a number, so nothing gets tacked on after the total is on screen.

  • Every style above reads these totals. Change a package here and the proposal updates.
  • One odd roof doesn't mean new packages. A rep can swap a component on a single bid without touching the company setup.
  • Add-ons stay the customer's call. Ridge vent and lifetime pipe boots aren't in any package here, so they're offered on top.
  • Packages earn warranties. The extended system warranty needs underlayment, leak barrier, starter strip and ridge cap. Switch them on for Better and watch Pick a Package include it.

Build Your Own appears once each package has its shingle picked in Pricing. A package includes a warranty only when its parts earn it and your company has recorded the certification that warranty needs.

Prices are illustrative for an example roof, not a quote. Ironwood Roofing is a demo account.
