Including the one people are too polite to ask out loud, which is whether AI is reading their customers' photos. It is the fourth group down, answered straight.
JobNimbus is the one that is wired up today. The photos your rep already put into JobNimbus land on the report, and milestones write back out, so JobNimbus stays your record and nobody double-enters.
Run your jobs where you run them. LumeWay works alongside your CRM, not against it.
You can still use LumeWay. The portal, the pricing engine, the contract and the payments all work on their own; what you give up is the two-way sync, not the product.
Tell me what you run on the demo call. It is useful for me to know what shops are actually using, and it costs you nothing to say.
No. No app to install, no password to forget, no PDF to lose in an inbox. They open one branded link on their phone and everything is there.
You send that link yourself, from your phone or your CRM. LumeWay does not text your customers.
It is a web page, not an app, so it opens in whatever browser is already on the phone. There is nothing for your customer to download and nothing for them to sign up for.
Three plans, priced by the size of your shop: $208, $374 or $916 a month billed annually, or $249, $449 or $1,099 billed monthly. The bands are 1 to 2 reps, up to 6 reps, and up to 15 reps.
The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
No. Nothing is metered. No fee per roof, no fee per report, no fee per seat. Unlimited roofs, proposals and reports, and unlimited office staff on every plan.
A hail month costs exactly what January costs. The band is your rep count, not your volume, and your band is what you tell me at signing: I do not count your roofs, your proposals or your logins.
The one-time Catalog and Brand Build is $1,250 Solo, $2,000 Crew, $2,500 Fleet. It pays for the hours spent loading your catalog from your actual supplier sheet and labor tab, and setting up your branding, your contract and your warranties.
It is charged before build work starts and is never discounted for prepaying. Paying annually does not waive it, because the hours are real either way. Half of it is refundable if your loaded catalog cannot reproduce two of your own past closed bids within 3%, and you pick the two bids.
If the fee is the obstacle, there are terms instead of a discount: $0 down and six monthly payments.
The Slow Season Hold: 50% off for up to three consecutive months, once every twelve. You pick the months, because your slow season is not everyone's. The South is often busiest in winter and the Pacific Northwest slows for rain.
Nothing switches off while it runs. Your portals stay live, you can still publish, and your catalog stays loaded. It is claimed by asking, and it is monthly plans only so it cannot stack on the annual discount.
It is a build, not a signup, so the honest answer is that it depends on the state of your price sheet. Crew includes two onboarding sessions, including a live catalog build off your actual supplier sheet and labor tab. Fleet is run as a project: catalog, branding, contract, warranties, advisor profiles, payment processor and JobNimbus wiring.
You get a real date on the demo call, once I have seen what I am loading. I would rather give you a date I can hit than a number that sounds good on a web page.
Your supplier price sheet and labor rates, your logo and colours, your contract wording, your warranty text, and the reps you want in front of homeowners with their own name, photo and phone number.
Nothing else. You do not need to clean any of it up first, because working through it is the part you are paying the build fee for.
As soon as your catalog is loaded and you have accepted it. Acceptance is a real test, not a signature: your loaded catalog has to reproduce two of your own past closed bids within 3%.
That test exists so the first proposal you send a real homeowner is priced like the ones you already win.
Yes, and you should know exactly how. LumeWay drafts the written inspection summary and interprets measurement reports by sending the material to Anthropic, a third-party AI provider. The photos of the property are part of what gets sent: the images themselves, not a description of them, with no redaction or blurring step in front of them.
Anthropic's published policy for the API we use states that they do not use API data for training unless you have an agreement that says otherwise. We have no such agreement.
Everything drafted this way is a draft. A person at your company reads and approves the inspection summary before a homeowner ever sees it. If any of this is a problem for a particular customer, say so and we will talk through what can be turned off. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
No. Every shop's data is separated at the database level, so one contractor cannot read another's customers, pricing or jobs. That is enforced by row-level security in the database rather than by application code remembering to filter, because application code eventually forgets.
There is a written description of how it works and a re-runnable proof that attempts cross-tenant reads and fails if any of them succeed. If you are evaluating LumeWay and want to see both, ask. There is more on this in the privacy policy.
You do. Your brand, your catalog, your supplier pricing and labor rates, your contract and warranty wording, and your customers' photos, video and records. Using LumeWay does not give us any ownership of it, and it is never shared with another contractor or used to advertise anything.
You get a full export on request: your signed contracts, photos, video and payment records, in a form you can keep and read without us.
We do not quietly delete your account data on a timer, and that is deliberate. In Utah a claim on a construction project can be brought years after the work, so the contract, the inspection photos and the payment history are what defend you. Keep your own copy too. We delete on written request, whenever you ask. The reasoning, with the actual Utah periods, is in the privacy policy.
Something not here? Email hello@lumeway.app and you will get a real answer, not a calendar link.
See LumeWay on a real roofing job: branded portal, in-portal payments, every payment tied to the job. Fifteen minutes.
